Swedish coach Sven-Goran Eriksson suggests that Zlatan Ibrahimovic's ties to AC Milan could see the forward return to the Italian outfit one day.

Swedish coach Sven-Goran Eriksson has suggested that fellow countryman Zlatan Ibrahimovic's ties to AC Milan could see the striker return to the club someday.

Ibrahimovic has enjoyed a profitable spell in front of goal at Paris Saint-Germain, but it is thought that Milan want to bring the forward back to the club after originally letting him depart for France in 2012.

"Ibra remains tied to Milan," Eriksson told the Gazzetta dello Sport. "His return to Milan would be useful for both him and the Rossoneri."

Ibrahimovic currently stands as Sweden's all-time leading goalscorer.
