Blaise Matuidi has signed a new long-term contract with French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
The 26-year-old's previous deal was due to expire at the end of the season, with a number of European clubs reportedly preparing moves for the French midfielder.
However, PSG have confirmed that the former Saint-Etienne midfielder will now remain with the Paris outfit until at least the summer of 2018.
Matuidi has made over 100 appearances for PSG since arriving for £6m in 2011.
