Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has challenged Matt Phillips to add more goals to his game.
The winger has made 30 Premier League appearances for Blackpool and the R's, but he has found the net on just one occasion.
With that in mind, Redknapp believes that the 23-year-old would be a complete player if he scored goals on a more regular basis.
"He's got all the ammunition. He's big, powerful, quick and has good skill," the Fulham Chronicle quotes Redknapp as saying.
"He needs to weigh in with a few goals. He can do it. He needs lots of work but there's definitely a talent there."
Scotland international Phillips joined QPR last summer.
