Youngsters from Under-15 side Leicester Nirvana and Blaby reportedly suffered racial abuse during a fixture with local outfit Whetstones FC last month.
According to reports, parents, players and coaches suffered racial abuse from opposing spectators with monkey noises and several gestures reported to have taken place.
Nirvana chairman Kirk Masters told Sky Sports News: "I am disgusted with what I have heard from those in attendance and want some immediate action taken. We as a club are not under any circumstances going to allow this behaviour to occur against our players."
Meanwhile, campaigner Peter Herbert of the Society of Black Lawyers stated: "Such humiliating scenes demonstrate the ugly repercussions that the Suarez and John Terry incidents have at a local level. The failure of the FA to hand out severe penalties clearly serves to encourage such behaviour."
Leicestershire Police are investigating the alleged incidents.
