Rangers winger Fraser Aird has admitted that he and his teammates "were not good enough" during Monday's home defeat to Hibernian.
The Gers saw their Scottish Championship campaign suffer a setback last night as they were beaten 3-1 by their promotion rivals.
Hibs made light work of Rangers in the first half, scoring all three of their goals during a 14-minute spell.
"The boys are disappointed. It's not nice when you lose like we did against Hibs. We simply were not good enough in the first half," Aird is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"Before they got the first goal I thought it was quite even. The game wasn't going anywhere, but after they scored they got a bit of momentum and went on to score two more goals."
Monday's defeat saw Rangers slip six points behind leaders Hearts in the table.
