Joey Barton will reportedly begin talks with Rangers regarding his future at the club this Thursday.
The controversial midfielder has been suspended by the Scottish outfit since having a heated exchange with teammate Andy Halliday at the club's training ground last month.
Barton was issued with an initial three-week suspension, but the 34-year-old remains banned from the Gers' training facility.
According to talkSPORT, Barton and Rangers officials will meet tomorrow to begin the disciplinary process and consider the former Burnley player's long-term future.
Barton signed a two-year deal with the Scottish Premiership side in July.
