Rangers have announced that the venue for next month's Extraordinary General Meeting has been changed to the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel in London.
The board members were due to meet at the Millennium in the country's capital, but due to the hotel's fears that their guests would be 'disrupted', the EGM, which will be held on March 4, has been moved.
Rangers shareholder Dave King called the meeting as he is keen to remove chairman Dave Somers, James Easdale, Barry Leach and chief executive Derek Llambias from the board.
It is understood that King, who is a former director of the Scottish outfit, is keen to put himself, John Gilligan and Paul Murray on the board.
The power struggle at Ibrox has dominated matters over the last few months and Rangers First, who are campaigning for fan ownership, has acquired more than 10,000 members so far.
