Wayne Rooney's agent, Paul Stretford, is assisting the newco version of Rangers, the club has confirmed.
Stretford was banned from football for 18 months in 2008 after he was found guilty on a number of misconduct charges over how he acquired the rights to represent Manchester United striker Rooney in 2002.
"Paul Stretford is assisting the club," said a Rangers spokesman.
The Gers recently had their transfer embargo put back as the club is expected to be accepted back into the Scottish Football League.
