Rangers manager Mark Warburton has praised his players for persevering in their Scottish Challenge Cup quarter-final against Livingston to secure a narrow 1-0 win.
The visitors set out to frustrate the Glasgow giants, who enjoyed plenty of possession at Ibrox but struggled to fashion many chances.
Nicky Clark, however, was able to break the deadlock in the 75th minute by drilling a low shot from 30 yards into the corner of the net for a goal that turned out to be decisive.
Warburton told BBC Sport: "I thought we dominated possession. Things went on out there that we have to learn from. It was frustrating tonight, I have to say. Credit to the players, they got their reward in the end."
Rangers will host St Mirren in the semi-finals of the competition.
