Rangers have reportedly had a second bid for midfielder Scott Allan rejected by Hibernian.
The Gers are thought to have had an initial approach for the 23-year-old knocked back on Wednesday evening.
According to Sky Sports News, Rangers have once more been unsuccessful in their attempt to lure last year's Scottish Championship Player of the Year to Ibrox, but could make a fresh offer in the coming days.
Rangers have already brought in a raft of new faces this summer, including the double signing of James Tavernier and Martyn Waghorn earlier this week.
