Rangers have completed the signing of former Leicester City striker Joe Dodoo on a four-year deal.
The 21-year-old has been training with the newly-promoted Scottish Premiership outfit for the past week having left Leicester at the end of his contract earlier this summer.
The Foxes offered the youngster a new deal, but he turned it down and Rangers have been forced to pay around £200,000 in compensation to complete the signing.
"The way the club is moving forward now is great. They are back in the highest level [of Scottish football] again and are looking to strive forward to become the Rangers we all know," he told RangersTV.
"The way the manager has the team playing suits me and he is also about developing young players, which is good for me.
"Did I have other options? Yeah of course but sometimes it's about making a decision based on what is best for me and I felt the manager here is the best one to nurture me and make me the player I want to be."
Dodoo becomes Mark Warburton's ninth signing of the summer at Ibrox.
