Francesco Stella has stated that he hopes he can be a success at Rangers after he joined the club from Italian side Siena.
The 21-year-old striker from Australia joined the Scottish Third Division club on Thursday and he has revealed that he hopes that he can follow in the footsteps of several other Australian players that have played for Rangers in the past.
Stella told the club's official website: "I am delighted to sign for Rangers and hopefully I can be a success. It's a great move for me to join such a big club and I can't wait to get started.
"I knew of Craig Moore, Tony Vidmar and Kevin Muscat. I'm happy to be the latest Australian to come to Rangers."
Stella has already scored for Rangers in a practice match against Falkirk.
