Reading frontman Adam Le Fondre has issued a rallying cry to his teammates ahead of this weekend's crucial final match of the season and insisted that he is not feeling the pressure.
The Royals host already-promoted Burnley on Saturday knowing that they have to win to ensure a place in the end-of-season promotion playoffs.
All 12 games kick off at 12.15pm on Saturday, with Reading starting the day in the final playoff spot but with Brighton breathing down their necks.
"It's all about us. If we get the result we won't need to look over our shoulders," Le Fondre told the club website.
"I'm guessing there will be some nerves around the place but people deal with it in different ways. Personally I don't really feel pressure."
A win will ensure a playoff place and could even result in Reading, who were relegated from the Premier League last season, moving up to fifth if Wigan Athletic lose at Blackburn Rovers.
Anything less than a win opens the door for Brighton, who just need to better Reading's result to snatch the final playoff spot.
"It is fully in our hands, that's all we can ask for," Le Fondre added. "I want to keep scoring goals but more importantly I want to win games.
"I would trade all my goals in now for a promotion and take that straight away."
Le Fondre has scored 15 goals in 37 Championship appearances this season.
