Reading defender Sean Morrison believes that the club has what it takes to achieve immediate promotion back to the Premier League.
The Royals were relegated following their 0-0 draw with Queens Park Rangers after just one season in the top flight.
He told the club's official website: "I think the team spirit here with the lads going up was fantastic. I think that's a running factor with teams that get promoted - they have great team spirit.
"We're not lacking in that at all - we've got an amazing team spirit here, the best I've ever been involved in at a club. With that, and obviously the fans, we've got every chance of going straight back up."
Nigel Adkins's side are joint bottom of the Premier League with QPR after 35 games this season.
