Reading are believed to be closing in on the signing of Bournemouth striker Yann Kermorgant.
The 34-year-old has struggled to hold down a place in Eddie Howe's first team since the Cherries earned promotion to the Premier League for the first time in the club's history last summer.
According to Getreading.co.uk, after days of negotiations, Bournemouth and Reading have agreed on a fee in the region of £500,000, which has given Kermorgant the green light to have a medical.
The forward, who has made just 11 appearances for the Cherries since August, is expected to put pen to paper on a one-and-a-half-year deal.
