Midfielder Jobi McAnuff has revealed that he is considering a move abroad after being released by Reading.
McAnuff has left the Madejski Stadium after five years with the club, but with plenty of options said to be on the table, the Jamaican international is excited for the future.
The 32-year-old told the Reading Post: "Moving abroad is another option that I've looked into and there are a few things bubbling over on that front. It's something that I quite fancy, as does my wife as well.
"Being a free agent, those are the things that you can really explore. It's just a matter of looking around really and picking what's right for you and your family.
"Whether that's abroad, at home, up north or in the south, it isn't that much of an issue for me. It's just about being patient, not rushing into anything that isn't going to be the right fit."
McAnuff made a total of 206 appearances during his spell with the Royals.
