The first El Clasico of the season in La Liga has been confirmed by the Liga de Futbol Profesional (LFP).
Barcelona and Real Madrid will meet in the league for the first time at the Nou Camp on Sunday, October 7. Kickoff will be at 7.50pm.
Madrid won last season's fixture on their rivals' turf 2-1 to help them clinch the Primera Division title.
The two sides have already met twice this season, with Los Blancos coming out on top in the two-legged Spainish Super Cup Final on the away goals rule.
