Real Madrid will be aiming to make it five straight wins in all competitions when they resume their La Liga campaign at home to Leganes on Saturday night.

Los Blancos entered the March international break off the back of a 2-1 success over Villarreal, with Kylian Mbappe hitting a brace for the European and Spanish champions to secure a vital three points.

Carlo Ancelotti's side are second in the La Liga table, level on points with leaders Barcelona, although the Catalan outfit have a game in hand, which comes against Osasuna on Thursday night.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the team's injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with Leganes, who are 18th in the division, level on points with 17th-placed Alaves.

Dani Carvajal

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Real Madrid remain without the services of Carvajal due to the severe knee injury that the right-back suffered in the clash with Villarreal on October 5, but the Spaniard has made excellent progress in his recovery, and a return before the end of the season is possible.

Eder Militao

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Real Madrid centre-back Militao damaged his ACL during a La Liga clash with Osasuna back in November, but he is now back on the training field, and a return for the Club World Cup is thought to be a possibility.

Jesus Vallejo

Status: Out
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: Unknown

Real Madrid are currently without the services of Vallejo due to a thigh problem, with his injury being confirmed ahead of the team's Copa del Rey semi-final first leg against Real Sociedad.

Ferland Mendy

Status: Out
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: Unknown

Mendy was forced off in the latter stages of the Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid on March 12 due to a muscular issue, and the France international will again be on the sidelines this weekend.

Dani Ceballos

Status: Out
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: April 5 (vs. Valencia)

Ceballos remains on the sidelines with the muscular issue that he suffered in the latter stages of the recent Copa del Rey clash with Real Sociedad, but the Spaniard could be back in the early stages of April.

REAL MADRID'S SUSPENSION LIST

Real Madrid will not be missing any players through suspension against Leganes.
