Real Madrid defender Marcelo is reportedly set to miss Wednesday's Champions League game with Paris Saint-Germain through injury.
The Brazilian full-back picked up a spinal injury after falling awkwardly during Saturday's 3-2 win over Levante.
Although the injury is not believed to be too serious, as Marcelo completed the full 90 minutes at the weekend, Marca reports that Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is not happy to risk him doing further damage.
In his absence, summer signing Ferland Mendy is expected to deputise at left-back against the side he played for as a child.
Marcelo joins Madrid's already sizeable injury list for Wednesday's visit to the French capital, with Isco, Luka Modric and Marco Asensio among those already ruled out.
