Andre Villas-Boas has admitted that he harbours an ambition to coach Real Madrid or Barcelona at some point in the future.
The 36-year-old is reportedly on a five-man shortlist of names drawn up by the Catalans to replace Gerardo Martino should the Argentine leave his post at Camp Nou in the summer.
"Real Madrid and Barca are two of the best clubs in the world," he told Marca.
"One of them may have won more titles, but the other have made more of a mark in recent history - the legacy Pep Guardiola left is awe-inspiring.
"For me, as a young coach, it would be a dream to train either of them."
The young Portuguese trainer has been out of work since parting company with Tottenham Hotspur in December.
