Agent Jorge Mendes has confirmed that Pepe will not be leaving Real Madrid during this month's transfer window.
Recent reports had suggested that the Portugal international could be sold by the European champions in order to give young defender Raphael Varane some more playing time.
However, Mendes has insisted that his client will remain at the Bernabeu.
"[Pepe] is staying at Real Madrid. Last season the president could have sold him and he didn't," Mendes told La Sexta.
Portuguese international Pepe, 31, joined Madrid from Porto for £25m in 2007.
