Inter Milan have become the latest club to be linked with Real Madrid and Wales star Gareth Bale.
The former Tottenham Hotspur forward has often been used as a back-up player in Los Blancos' biggest matches this term, leading to speculation about his long-term future.
According to The Independent, the Serie A club are prepared to come in with a bid if Real decide to sell Bale this summer.
Bale has also been linked with Manchester United of late, but the report suggests that the Red Devils have cooled their interest in him.
Rumours of a rift between the Welshman and manager Zinedine Zidane intensified this week when he was hauled off during Real's 3-1 defeat to Juventus in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final.
