Malaga playmaker Isco has admitted that he is flattered by reported interest from Real Madrid but remains undecided on his future at this stage.
The Spain international has been linked with a string of top European clubs in recent months following impressive performances for Malaga in the Champions League.
Isco has conceded that he is interested in a move to Madrid but remains focused on playing first-team football at this early stage of his career.
He told AS: "The interest of Madrid is an honour. What if my desire is to play for Madrid? I'll have to wait for the future but I am calm.
"There is interest from Madrid, but I'm focused on the [Under-21] national team.
"Madrid are one of the best, if not the best. I do not close my door but my priority is to play and I do not want to be on the bench."
The 21-year-old has struck 11 times for Malaga this season in a starring role for Manuel Pellegrini's side.
