Real Madrid have reportedly set their sights on securing a future deal for Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Braut Haaland.
While the youngster only moved to the Westfalenstadion in January, speculation persists regarding the 19-year-old's next move.
According to reports in Spain, Madrid have already made contact with the German outfit in a bid to assess when they may be prepared to cash in on the Norway international.
Los Blancos currently have Karim Benzema and Luka Jovic at their disposal, although neither player is regarded as the long-term number nine at the Bernabeu.
Haaland, who holds a contract with Dortmund until 2024, has netted 12 goals from eight games since leaving Red Bull Salzburg.
Dortmund are unlikely to consider a sale until the end of next season at the earliest.
