Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani being forced off in Paris Saint-Germain's 4-0 win over Toulouse could scupper Neymar's chances of leaving the French capital, according to a report.
Uruguayan international Cavani went off after 14 minutes with a suspected thigh problem, while the former Monaco starlet was substituted in the second half in agony after also injuring his thigh.
It is not yet clear how much time, if any, either man will miss but the Daily Mirror reports that a long-term injury for either could hinder Neymar's hopes of leaving before the end of the European transfer window on September 2.
The Brazilian's future has been one of the summer's longest-running transfer sagas, with the 27-year-old determined to make a return to Spain after two difficult years in France.
Although PSG had seemed responsive to moves from both Barcelona and Real Madrid if the right money was involved, it would now seem that a potential deal for the former Santos man will hinge on the fitness of Mbappe and Cavani.
