Newcastle United and Juventus could reportedly go head-to-head for the signature of Real Madrid attacker Isco during the January transfer window.
The 29-year-old's current deal at the Bernabeu is due to expire next June, and it appears likely that he could be on the move at the start of 2022.
Isco has made six appearances for Los Blancos this term, scoring once, but the attacker has recently been unavailable for selection due to a troublesome back issue.
According to Super Deporte, a number of clubs are keen on the Spaniard, but Newcastle and Juventus are the two teams 'most interested' in securing his signature next year.
The report claims that Isco would be open to joining either club, as he looks to secure playing time ahead of potentially making the Spain squad for the 2022 World Cup.
Isco has scored 52 goals and registered 56 assists in 342 appearances for Real Madrid since joining the club from Malaga in 2013, winning two La Liga titles and four Champions League crowns in the process.
