Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign goalkeeper Keylor Navas from Real Madrid, with Alphonse Areola set to move in the opposite direction.
Navas, who moved to the Bernabeu following an impressive 2014 World Cup, was part of the Zinedine Zidane side which won three consecutive Champions League titles from 2014 to 2016.
However, the arrival of Thibaut Courtois in 2018 reduced the Costa Rica international to just 10 appearances in La Liga last season.
According to Sky Sports News, Navas is in Paris to finalise a deadline-day move which will see Areola move to Los Blancos.
The latter already has experience of playing in Spain having spent the 2015-16 campaign on loan at Villarreal.
Navas was reportedly very close to joining Manchester United in 2015 as part of a deal involving David de Gea, but the move collapsed.
