Real Madrid have reportedly expressed interest in signing Manchester City starlet Brahim Diaz.
The 18-year-old, who was sold to City from Malaga at the age of 16 for £315,000, scored for his side against Madrid in the International Champions Cup.
City held off interest from the La Liga champions as well as rivals Barcelona for the midfielder, and OK Diario reports that the youngster's goal in pre-season has re-ignited the former's interest in the player.
Diaz made his senior debut for City in the Carabao Cup last season when he came off the bench to replace Kelechi Iheanacho during his side's win over Swansea City.
It is now reported that Madrid are keen to bring Diaz back to Spain amid the player's increasing interest.
