Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a €10m (£8.5m) offer for Borussia Dortmund youngster Youssoufa Moukoko in the hope of bringing him to Bernabeu this summer.

The forward made his Dortmund debut at the age of 16 in November 2020, and he has gone on to feature on 36 occasions for the German outfit, scoring four times and registering two assists in the process.

The 17-year-old has struggled to secure regular action this season, although a number of injury problems have made it a frustrating campaign for the youngster.

Moukoko has scored once and provided two assists in 15 Bundesliga appearances this term, while he only featured on three occasions in the Europa League and Champions League.

According to journalist Ekrem Konur, the teenager is keen to leave Dortmund during this summer's transfer window, and a number of clubs are keeping a close eye on the situation.

Konur claims that Real Madrid have prepared a €10m (£8.5m) bid for the attacker, who only has little over 12 months left to run on his contract.

The journalist claims that Los Blancos, who will take on Liverpool in the Champions League final later this month, are prepared to offer the Germany Under-21s international a deal until June 2026.

Moukoko turned out for Dortmund Under-17s while he was only 13 years old, while he represented their Under-19s at 14, excelling in the club's youth system after a switch from St Pauli in 2016.

The youngster has been a late substitute in his side's last three Bundesliga matches, while he has started just once in the league during the 2021-22 campaign.

Dortmund are not in a strong position to negotiate a high transfer fee for Moukoko, and it remains to be seen whether Real Madrid face intense competition for his signature.

Real Madrid are still working to sign Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain this summer, although the France international is allegedly yet to make up his mind on a switch to Spain.

Gareth Bale will leave Bernabeu on a free transfer this summer, while there is uncertainty surrounding the futures of Marco Asensio, Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz ahead of the upcoming market.

However, Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti said on Saturday that Eden Hazard would be remaining with the club beyond the end of this summer's transfer window.

Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo have also both been key to the team's success this term, and the former is believed to be on the verge of signing a new deal that would see him triple his money at the club.

Karim Benzema has been Real Madrid's standout forward this season, though, with the France international scoring 44 goals and registering 15 assists in 44 appearances in all competitions. body check tags ::
