Real Madrid have completed the signing of midfielder Asier Illarramendi from Real Sociedad.
The La Liga side have met the 23-year-old's release clause, reported to be £32.8m, with the Spanish Under-21 international signing a six-year deal at the Bernabeu.
A club statement said: "Real Madrid have signed Asier Illarramendi, who is now tied to the club for the next six seasons.
"The player will be presented tomorrow after undergoing the relevant medical tests."
Illarramendi becomes Madrid's fourth summer signing, joining Isco, Dani Carvajal and Casemiro.
