Real Madrid have confirmed that they have extended the contract of young defender Miguel Gutierrez.
Despite featuring for Real during pre-season, Gutierrez is yet to make his senior debut, instead remaining with the Under-19s squad.
However, with the 18-year-old being highly regarded at the Bernabeu, club officials have moved to agree fresh terms with the prospect.
AS suggests that the move is a result of a number of European clubs expressing an interest in the left-back's signature.
As well as being tied to Los Blancos until the end of the 2023-24 campaign, a substantial release clause has been included in the new deal.
