Real Madrid reportedly continue to hold an interest in signing Roma striker Nicolo Zaniolo.
The 19-year-old made his debut for Roma against Real in the Champions League last year, and the youngster has since become a first-team regular at the Stadio Olimpico.
Just five goals have been scored from 27 outings in all competitions, but according to Marca, Zinedine Zidane is an admirer of the the Italian prospect.
The report claims that Zaniolo possesses the desired attributes of Zidane, and the club's head coach is keen to develop the player at the Bernabeu.
Real had a scout in attendance when Zaniolo netted twice against Porto in the Champions League last month, and it was a performance which only increased the chances of an approach being made in the summer.
Zaniolo's contract with Roma does not expire until 2023.
