Real Madrid have been given first option to buy Tottenham Hotspur winger Gareth Bale, according to reports.
The two clubs announced that they had agreed a partnership deal upon the conclusion of Luka Modric's transfer to the Bernabeu.
A statement made on behalf of both clubs announced that the deal involved collaboration in regards to "players, coaches, best practices and commercial relationships".
According to the Daily Mirror, that means Los Blancos could be in pole position to land the Welshman for a reported £45m fee.
It is also understood that the deal could mean a Real player moving in the opposite direction.
