Real Madrid reportedly have no intention of reviving their interest in Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar.
PSG are open to offloading the Brazil international this summer if the right amount is offered.
Barcelona are widely considered to be the frontrunners to re-sign Neymar, two years after he left the club in a £198m deal, but it was suggested earlier this week that Madrid could provide competition.
Diario AS reports that there is no truth to those rumours, however, as Los Blancos president Florentino Perez - who did weigh up the idea of bringing Neymar to the Bernabeu earlier this year - has focused on signing fellow PSG attacker Kylian Mbappe.
Madrid are expected to hold off from making an offer for the World Cup-winning striker until next year, though, at which point he will have two years to run on his contract.
