Sergio Ramos will reportedly sit down with Real Madrid over the next week to discuss a new long-term contract with the Champions League holders.
The Spanish centre-back, who has been with Los Blancos since 2005, has arguably just had his best season in a Madrid shirt.
The 28-year-old's current contract expires in the summer of 2017 but, according to AS, Madrid will offer Ramos new and improved terms to make him the best-paid defender in European football.
Ramos scored a late equaliser as Madrid came from behind to win the Champions League final against Atletico Madrid in Lisbon on Saturday evening.
Ramos will travel to the World Cup with Spain this summer.
