Real Madrid are reportedly considering recalling Marcos Llorente from his loan spell at Alaves when the January transfer window opens for business.
The Spanish giants are currently short in the middle of the park after Casemiro suffered a fractured leg during the week, which is expected to keep him out of action for the next month.
According to AS, Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane is not comfortable with his defensive midfield options at the Bernabeu and will consider recalling Llorente at the start of 2017.
The 21-year-old, who came through the youth system at Real Madrid, has made four La Liga appearances for newly-promoted Alaves this season.
