Borussia Dortmund forward Marco Reus has reportedly taken a giant step towards joining Real Madrid by agreeing to undergo a medical with the Spanish giants.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a £19m move to the Bernabeu this month, while Premier League clubs Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United are all also said to be interested.
However, reports in Spain suggest that the Germany international is keen on making a move to European champions Madrid, despite his agent Dirk Hebel recently describing any move as "blatant nonsense".
It is claimed that Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti has received the player's medical reports in order to run the rule over a potential switch in the summer.
Reus, who was forced to miss last summer's World Cup due to an injury picked up on the eve of the tournament, has made 10 appearances for Dortmund this season.
