Lucas Vazquez has reportedly informed Real Madrid that he wants to move on this summer and the club will not stand in his way.
The 27-year-old struggled for playing time under Zinedine Zidane in the closing weeks of the 2018-19 campaign, being used mainly as a substitute.
According to reports in the Spanish media, Vazquez is not prepared to play a back-up role next season and he is now seeking a way out of the Bernabeu.
Madrid president Florentino Perez will not oppose his sale, it is claimed, but he is after around £25m for the Spain international.
Vazquez played a direct part in six goals in 37 La Liga and Champions League appearances during the most recent campaign, which ended with Los Blancos third in the Spanish top flight.
