Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted that he could play in the USA one day, after claiming that football "is growing" in the country.
The former world player of the year praised the fans while on tour with Real Madrid, as well as the MLS.
The Portuguese winger would be a huge addition to the MLS, whose biggest star is currently David Beckham.
"Football in the USA is growing a lot," said the 27-year-old.
"We see it with our own eyes here on tour, where the fans have taken to us with great enthusiasm.
"I think in the future I could come here to play."
Ronaldo joined Real Madrid from Manchester United in 2009 for a world record fee of £80m.
