Valencia have signed Alvaro Medran from Real Madrid on a four-year contract.
The 22-year-old joined Madrid in 2011 and came through the ranks at the club, playing for the 'B' and 'C' sides on a regular basis.
However, the Spaniard failed to make the step up to the first team and leaves the Bernabeu having made just two senior La Liga appearances for the club.
Medran spent last season on loan with Getafe, where he scored two goals in 20 league appearances but was unable to prevent them from being relegated to the Segunda Division.
The one-time Spain Under-21 international has now made the switch to Valencia, signing a contract that will keep him at the Mestalla until 2020.
