Republic of Ireland goalkeeper David Forde wants his side to play on Germany's arrogance when they meet tomorrow in Gelsenkirchen for a Euro 2016 qualifier.

Republic of Ireland goalkeeper David Forde has set his sights on exposing Germany's "biggest weakness" when the two meet in a Euro 2016 qualifier in Gelsenkirchen tomorrow.

Forde, who plays for Championship club Millwall, believes that the World Cup winners' swagger is one of their biggest strengths but could also be their undoing.

"One of the biggest strengths of the German is their arrogance and their confidence, but also it can be their biggest weakness as well," he told RTE Sport.

"If we can get a goal, and unsettle them, we are a good outfit at the moment and play with some good tempo so it should make for an interesting game."

Ireland go into the game with a 100% record from their opening two qualifiers, while Germany suffered a shock 2-0 defeat in Poland and lie fourth in Group D.
