Rotherham United have signed Wes Thomas from Bournemouth for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old has joined the Millers on a short-term contract until the end of the season.
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe confirmed earlier this month that plenty of clubs were interested in Thomas, with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Swindon Town said to be others who were eyeing a move.
He chose Rotherham though and Millers manager Steve Evans told the club's official website: "He is an excellent addition to the squad and although we hope to complete some further transfer business this month, there is no doubt we are already considerably stronger than when we entered January."
Thomas could make his Rotherham debut on Saturday at Shrewsbury Town.
