Russia head coach Fabio Capello has insisted that his side still have improvements to make, despite their 4-0 victory over Liechtenstein in Euro 2016 qualifying last night.
Own goals from visiting players Martin Buchel and Mario Frick put the Russians in the ascendancy, before Dmitir Kombarov and Artem Dzyuba made sure of the outcome in the second half.
Speaking after the final whistle, Capello conceded that going forward, there are certain attributes that his team need to enhance.
"We created a lot of chances but unfortunately we also missed too many of them. Many of our players looked really good but I think we need more days together to progress as a team. We definitely need to improve our performance in clearing the ball out of defence and putting pressure on our opponents," the Italian told FIFA's official website.
Next up for Capello's side is an away encounter in Sweden in October.
