Saint-Etienne have been drawn at home to Lille in the semi-final of the Coupe de la Ligue, while Montpellier HSC travel to Rennes.
The ties will take place on January 15 and 16, with the final taking place at the Stade de France on April 20.
Les Verts triumphed over Paris Saint-Germain in their quarter-final on Tuesday night, before Montpellier and Lille dumped out Nice and Bastia respectively. Rennes secured their spot with a win over Troyes.
None of the four teams has won the trophy before.
