Bolton Wanderers have reportedly rejected an approach from Saint-Etienne for striker David Ngog.
The Ligue 1 outfit were said to be hopeful of bringing the 23-year-old Frenchman to Stade Geoffroy-Guichard this summer following the Trotters' relegation from the Premier League.
However, Bolton boss Owen Coyle has flatly dismissed Les Verts' interest in Ngog and he is determined for the player to remain at the Reebok Stadium, according to the Daily Star.
Ngog, who joined Bolton for a fee of £4m from Liverpool in August 2011, made 33 league appearances last term, scoring three goals.
