Schalke 04 midfielder Max Meyer has said that his team are "delighted" to have qualified for next season's Champion's League.
Jens Keller's side beat Nuremberg on Saturday to clinch third spot in the league ahead of Bayer Leverkusen and secure Champion's League football next term.
"The pressure's always been there this season," Meyer told reporters.
"We had to get a result against Nuremberg, but it wasn't any different against SC Freiburg the week before.
"We've proved often enough that we can handle this type of situation, now we're just delighted to have defended third place and qualified for the Champions League."
Meyer was recently named in Germany's provisional squad for the World Cup.
