Schalke 04 midfielder Leroy Sane has signed a contract extension with the Bundesliga club until 2019.
The 19-year-old's previous deal at the Veltins-Arena was due to expire in 2017.
Sane scored four goals in 14 games for Schalke last season, including a spectacular long-range strike away to Real Madrid on his Champions League debut.
"Leroy is a very talented player who has already indicated in recent seasons how versatile he can be in the attacking area," general manager Horst Heldt told the club's official website. "Given his development and his great potential, we are very pleased that Leroy sees his future at Schalke."
Sane has made two appearances for Germany at Under-19 level.
