Darren Fletcher is due to return to the Scotland squad for the country’s Euro 2012 qualifiers against Czech Republic and Lithuania.
The 27-year-old captain has not appeared for his national side since being struck down with a virus earlier this year.

Celtic midfielder Kris Commons has been left out of the squad while Rangers’ Steven Whittaker claims a place despite being banned for the first two matches.
Scotland are scheduled to take on the Czech Republic on September 3, followed by Lithuania on September 6.
