League Two leaders Chesterfield have come from behind against second-placed Scunthorpe United to reach half time level at 1-1 in this afternoon's top-of-the-table clash at Glanford Park.
The Iron, who have drawn their last four matches and are looking to extend their unbeaten run to 14 games, went ahead against the run of play on 15 minutes.
Sam Winnall netted his eighth goal in 12 games following neat play by strike partner Paddy Madden.
Despite being behind, Chesterfield continued to look like the better side and applied sustained pressure on the Scunthorpe goal, winning four corners in the process.
Their dominance was finally rewarded in the 45th minute when Ritchie Humphreys was fouled by Terry Hawkridge in the penalty area, allowing Eoin Doyle to equalise from the spot.
