Sevilla defender Cala has revealed that he will depart the Spanish club when his contract comes to an end this summer.
The 24-year-old has been with Sevilla since 2000, progressing from their B side into the first-team set-up in 2010.
However, this will be the centre-back's final campaign with his hometown club as he prepares to seek pastures new at the end of the season.
"I'm leaving Sevilla, because the club has placed me in an economic-sporting profile that I don't agree with," he said in a statement.
"I will end my time here enjoying the final four months at home, with the fans who have given me so much of their love, with my teammates... and when the 30th of June comes, I'll go to another team, of which I have yet to decide."
Getafe have been strongly linked with his services.
